How to Raise a Complaint

You may raise a complaint or grievance about any of the following by emailing the Grievance Officer at the address above:

  • Concerns about how your personal data is collected, used, or shared.
  • Requests to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Requests for a portable copy of your data.
  • Objections to any data processing activity.
  • Suspected data breaches or unauthorised access to your account.
  • Any other complaints regarding the trueKin app or website.

Please include your registered phone number and a clear description of your concern so we can investigate and respond promptly.

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India once established under the DPDP Act, 2023.
