Grievance Officer
Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, trueKin has appointed a Grievance Officer to address concerns related to your personal data, privacy, or any other complaints about the Service.
How to Raise a Complaint
You may raise a complaint or grievance about any of the following by emailing the Grievance Officer at the address above:
- Concerns about how your personal data is collected, used, or shared.
- Requests to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Requests for a portable copy of your data.
- Objections to any data processing activity.
- Suspected data breaches or unauthorised access to your account.
- Any other complaints regarding the trueKin app or website.
Please include your registered phone number and a clear description of your concern so we can investigate and respond promptly.
Data Subject Requests
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the right to make the following requests regarding your personal data:

Get a copy of all personal data we hold about you.

Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.

You may also delete your account directly from within the trueKin app via Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Escalation
If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India once established under the DPDP Act, 2023.
